Four to Goal

Four to Goal is a 3D board game where everything, from the board to the last piece, is custom made. If you know dice games like Ludo, you'll feel at home right away: a six gets you out, whoever lands on your field sends you back, and the first to bring all pieces home wins. Four to Goal is an independent game and isn't connected to any other board game publisher.

How do you want to play?

Two or four players, online or all at the same screen. You can mix it any way you like.

Online with friends

Create a lobby and send the link around. Up to four people can join, wherever they are.

Together on one device

Sitting in front of the same screen? Add more players locally in the lobby and take turns rolling.

Against the computer

Fill empty seats with bots. That works mixed as well, when only two of you have time.

Everything in view

On the left you see all players and whose turn it is, on the board every piece and the dice rolling across the table.

Your turn

After rolling, the target field of your piece is highlighted. Roll with the button at the bottom center.

How a round works

If you've ever played a roll-and-move game, you already know most of it.

  1. 1

    A six gets you out

Pieces at home only reach your start field with a six.

  2. 2

    Move

Move one piece as many fields as the dice shows. A field with one of your own pieces is off limits.

  3. 3

    Capture

Land exactly on an opponent's piece and it has to go back home.

  4. 4

    Roll again after a six

Roll a six and you get another turn right away.

  5. 5

    Three tries

When all your pieces are at home, you get three rolls to get a six.

  6. 6

    Get home

The first to bring all pieces into their goal fields wins. Everyone else plays on for the remaining places.

House rules

Every group plays a little differently. You can set these rules in the lobby.

Start on the start field
One piece starts outside. That saves the first few rounds of waiting for a six.
Three tries
With all pieces at home you may roll three times. Without this rule only once.
Number of pieces
One to four pieces per person. With fewer pieces a game is over much faster.
Quick finish
The game ends as soon as only one person still has pieces out. Otherwise you play down to the last place.
Must capture
If you can capture a piece, you have to.
Overtaking in the goal
Pieces may jump over your own pieces in the goal fields. Without this rule you can't overtake in the goal.

Jump right in

The lobby starts with these settings. You can still change them there.
